1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Z-Image-Turbo AI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

Z-Image-Turbo AI is a web-based platform that provides AI-powered image generation services, allowing users to create high-quality images from text descriptions.

2. Service Description

Z-Image-Turbo AI offers lightning-fast text-to-image generation using advanced AI technology. Key features include:

• Text-to-Image Generation: Create high-quality images from text descriptions
• Fast Processing: Images generated in 5-10 seconds
• Advanced Controls: Guidance scale and seed customization

The Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 image generation. Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Promotional Credits

From time to time, we may offer promotional credits to new or existing users. These credits are provided for testing and evaluation purposes and are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.

4. Credits and Pricing

4.1 Credit System

Credits are consumed based on:

• Image Generation: 1 credit per image (regardless of size or complexity)

4.2 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. However, generated images are only stored for 30 days.

4.3 Pricing

Current credit packages (100, 500, 2000 credits) are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

3-Day Unused Credit Refund: You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not used any of the purchased credits. Once any credits have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Refund Process:

• Contact our support team within 3 days of purchase
• Provide your transaction ID and reason for refund
• We will verify that no credits have been used
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

No Refunds For: Used credits, partial credit usage, images stored beyond 30 days, or user error in prompt descriptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for:

• Creating content for personal or commercial use (with appropriate license)
• Educational and training purposes
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Social media content creation
• Entertainment and creative projects

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Creating misleading content intended to deceive
• Generating content that violates any laws or regulations
• Creating pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Producing content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment
• Creating images that impersonate real individuals without permission
• Violating intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Creating spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
• Using automated systems to abuse the Service

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

7.1 Your Prompts

You retain all rights to the text prompts you provide. By submitting prompts, you grant us a limited license to process and generate images as part of the Service.

7.2 Generated Content

You own the images generated by the Service. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content do not infringe on third-party rights.

7.3 Commercial Use

All credit packages include full commercial use rights for generated images. You may use your generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial applications.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Generated images are stored after creation. After this period, images are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for downloading your images within this timeframe.

Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all your data, including any remaining images, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our IP

The Service, including its software, algorithms, designs, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Our web platform, infrastructure, and service implementation are proprietary.

9.2 Trademarks

Z-Image-Turbo AI and associated logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

10. Service Availability and Limitations

10.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with advance notice.

10.2 Service Limits

• Maximum prompt length: 1000 characters
• Image generation time: 5-10 seconds per image
• Rate limits may apply during high-traffic periods

10.3 Fair Use

We reserve the right to limit usage that we determine to be abusive or detrimental to the Service's performance for other users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Generated images will be of a particular quality
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Z-Image-Turbo AI, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
