At Z-Image-Turbo AI, we strive to provide the best AI image generation service possible. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for credit purchases.
⏱️ 3-Day Unused Credit Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not used any of the purchased credits. Once any credits have been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Eligible for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
Within 3 Days of Purchase
Your refund request must be submitted within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of your credit purchase.
Zero Credits Used
You must not have used ANY credits from your purchase. Even using 1 credit makes the entire purchase non-refundable.
Valid Transaction ID
You must provide a valid transaction ID from your purchase confirmation email.
No Fraudulent Activity
Your account must be in good standing with no history of abusive refund requests or fraudulent activity.
NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
After the 3-day window
Requests submitted more than 3 days after purchase will be declined
Any credits have been used
Even partial usage (1+ credits) makes the entire purchase non-refundable
Dissatisfaction with image quality
You can test the service with affordable starter credits before purchasing larger packages. Quality concerns after purchase are not grounds for refund
User error or incorrect settings
Credits used due to user mistakes (wrong resolution, wrong file upload, etc.) cannot be refunded
Images not downloaded within 30 days
We clearly state that images are stored for 30 days. Failure to download is not grounds for refund
Change of mind
Simply changing your mind after using credits is not a valid reason for refund
Account suspension or termination
If your account is terminated for Terms of Service violations, no refund will be issued
Promotional or bonus credits
Any promotional or bonus credits provided at no cost cannot be refunded
How to Request a Refund
If you meet all the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to request a refund:

- Your account email address
- Transaction ID (from PayPal confirmation email)
- Purchase date
- Credit package purchased (100, 500, or 2000 credits)
- Reason for refund request
Wait for Verification
We will verify that no credits have been used and that your request is within the 3-day window. This typically takes 24-48 hours.
Receive Refund
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via PayPal.

Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks hurt small businesses and may result in account suspension.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All remaining credits will be forfeited
- You may be banned from creating future accounts
- We will dispute fraudulent chargebacks with evidence
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy due to:
- Extended service outages (more than 24 hours)
- Technical errors that prevented image generation
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Serious platform bugs affecting all users
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
Credits Never Expire
Remember: Your purchased credits never expire. If you're unsure about purchasing, start with the Starter Pack ($5.00 for 100 credits). There's no rush to use them - they'll remain in your account until you're ready to create images.
