z-image-turbo.ai integrates open-source model components that are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 ("Apache-2.0"). This page provides the required attribution and outlines how these components are used within our platform.

z-image-turbo.ai is an independent commercial service. We build on top of legally licensed open-source technologies while providing our own proprietary interface, infrastructure, safety systems, and optimizations.

1Open-Source Model Components Used

z-image-turbo.ai incorporates portions of this model architecture and/or weights as permitted under the Apache-2.0 license.

2Summary of Apache License 2.0 Permissions

Under Apache-2.0, z-image-turbo.ai — and all users of the model — are granted the right to:

  • Use the model commercially
  • Modify the model
  • Privately or publicly run the model
  • Redistribute the model, with attribution
  • Build derivative works

Obligations

  • Preserve the original copyright notice
  • Include the Apache-2.0 license when redistributing
  • Provide attribution and not misrepresent authorship

The use of Apache-2.0 licensed components does not imply:

Partnership
Joint development
Certification
Approval or sponsorship

All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

4Proprietary Enhancements by z-image-turbo.ai

While z-image-turbo.ai incorporates Apache-2.0 licensed components, the following are exclusive property of z-image-turbo.ai:

Web interface and UX
Inference pipeline and performance optimizations
Hosting and runtime infrastructure
Safety & moderation systems
Prompt filtering logic
Account, billing, and credit systems
API integrations
Documentation, branding, and all visual assets

Users do not acquire rights to these proprietary systems under the Apache-2.0 license.

5User Data and Model Training

z-image-turbo.ai does not use your prompts, generated images, or uploaded files to retrain, fine-tune, or otherwise modify the underlying open-source model unless you provide explicit consent.

Your content is processed only to deliver the service and enforce platform safety.

6Purpose of This Attribution

  • Satisfy Apache-2.0 open-source attribution requirements
  • Provide transparency for users, partners, and regulators
  • Clarify the relationship between open-source components and our proprietary service
